Rubus fruiticosa (Thornless Blackberry)
Easily grown in the home garden, Blackberries are full of nutrients, particularly vitamin C. Blackberry Thornless is a hybrid variety that bears richly flavoured fruit from mid to late summer. The added bonus is, no thorns!
This deciduous shrub likes a sunny to part shaded position and moist, well drained soil. Mulch plants well and prune small weaker branches to encourage more production.
