We charge delivery cost based on distance.
You can calculate your cost by:
- Add any product to your shopping cart.
- Navigate to the cart page and provide your postcode to see your options.
How can I add to a previously placed order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed in our system, we are unable charge you for additional items on the same order.
However, we can easily sort this out:

Can I reduce or cancel items on a previous order?
If you wish to cancel items or change quantities of an order you have placed, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible and we would be happy to accommodate you where we can.
Please note that all refunds have a processing time of 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
ZipPay refunds will be immediately reflected in your payment schedule.
Can I place an item on back order?
Unfortunately, our products sell very fast and we try our best to avoid advertising anything that is not available or in stock.
As soon as we get new stock, we usually post on our Facebook – and that would be the best place to watch for new stock.
If you did order an item that has somehow run out of stock, then our team will contact you to inform you of a refund for those items.
How much does delivery cost?
You can calculate your delivery cost by entering your postcode in the shopping cart page (you do not have to place any order).
Our delivery is handled by ourselves, and is charged flat rate based on distance, not quantity of products.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to the wider western and northern suburbs of Melbourne, with Melbourne-wide and Inner Victoria also available (a suitable delivery time will be arranged with you).
I entered the wrong delivery details, can I change it?
Please use this form to contact us and we can amend your order.
Please include your order number + name so we can verify which order is yours.
I need to urgently stop/change a delivery?
No worries – these things happen, contact our store directly by phone as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.
I am a supplier, wholesaler or grower.
