An attractive dwarf form of New Zealand flax with copper coloured leaves. Tubular bronze-red flowers appear in summer and attract nectar-feeding birds. Valuable for introducing bold, architectural
shapes into any garden design. Ideal around pools, ponds, in rockeries and containers. Flowers can be used in dried flower arrangements.

Tolerant of a wide range of conditions but grows best in moist, well drained soil in a sunny position. Remove old leaves and divide clumps when necessary. Regular tertilising will enhance foliage colour.
