Hop Goodenia Prostrate

Tough, adaptable, evergreen Australian native ground cover with bright yellow flowers. This Prostrate Goodenia’s low growing habit makes this an excellent ground cover. Heart shaped leaves set off the yellow flowers that appear over a long period in spring and summer, attracting insect eating birds to the garden. Well suited for slopes, embankments and under trees.

Suited to most soils in sun to semi-shade position. Highly tolerant of tough dry or wet sites and heavy shade. Trim back after flowering to maintain dense foliage cover. Mulch well to retain soil moisture and suppress weeds. Fertilise with a low-phosphorus, slow release fertiliser.
