Showy pink/purple berries follow cream flowers which contrast glossy dark green leave of this bushy shrub. Smaller plant and leaf size than that of Acmena smithii.

Prefers fertile moist soils which are well drained in filtered sun. Protect from strong or salty winds and avoid frosts below 5 degrees. Mulch well to retain moisture and keep well watered during dry periods.
