An evergreen, tendril-climbing vine with attractive, deep purple, (almost black) edible fruit. Impressive white and green flowers are produced during summer amongst the large, bright green leaves. Perfect for growing over pergolas where the fruit can be easily accessed.

Requires a sunny, frost free location with moist, well drained soil. Fertilise with an organic fertiliser or a complete release fertiliser high in potassium to encourage flowering and fruit set.
