Also known as Ornamental Pear.

The Ornamental Pear ‘Bradford’ displays beautiful foliage that is a glossy green and heart-shaped, that turns in late autumn to a myriad of reds, oranges and yellows. White blossoms covers the tree in spring. Bradford starts off pyramidal in shape when young, but become broader with age.

Prefers well-drained soil in a sunny position. Adaptable to a wide range of site conditions including quite dry conditions, slightly alkaline and/or wet soils including limited coastal exposure.

  • Full sun to part shade position.
  • Grows approx. 12m x 7m.
  • Spring time white blossoms and autumn time colour.
