A valuable fruit tree bearing large thin skinned, rounded oranges with very few seeds. Ripen June – July. Washington Navel is attractive, with green glossy leaves and fragrant, creamy-white blossoms. Container plant in courtyards, or plant straight in the ground in Mediterranean style gardens. Also great to espaliered along a sunny wall, or ornamental tree.

Plant in a sunny position with well drained soil and shelter from strong winds. Water during the warmed months, especially when fruit is forming.
