Superbly handsome, compact evergreen feature plant; producing large, creamy white, perfumed flowers in Spring and Summer.

This smaller growing Magnolia flowers at a very young age and has shiny green leaves with velvet copper toned undersides. Grows 3.5m tall x 2.5m wide in the first 10 years in good conditions. Ideal as a small specimen tree, and magnificent as a hedge or in a decorative tub.

Grows well in any well drained garden soil. ‘Little Gem’ requires minimal after care and is relatively insect and disease free.
