Flesh: Green-white. Crisp and firm. Juicy. Has good keeping qualities Flavour: Good, sprightly.

Suitable for temperate zones of Australia with cool winters. Can be susceptible to apple scab and powdery mildew in some areas. Pruning is recommended.
