With glossy, dark green leaves made up of 5-7 narrowly oval leaflets give this tree an elegant texture. This fine specimen tree displays Autumn foliage that turns bright reddish purple. This ornamental tree is ideal as a richly coloured living back-drop to evergreen planting in Autumn.

Suitable for fertile, free draining soils which are not too dry, in full sun. Ensure continued soil fertility by mulching and watering deeply during hot weather. Water in the cool of early morning or evening. Frost hardy.
