Pretty, deep rosy pink buds open to small, white, semi- double flowers with the reverse of the petals shaded pink. The flowers are produced over a long period. Paradise Camellias are hybrid camellia bred in Australia to suit Australian conditions. The free flowering plants have a vigorous, upright, dense growth and are ideal for hedging, screens and large containers.

Does well in morning sun in a partly shaded position. Protect from strong winds. Can be planted under large trees. Dense shade restricts flowering. Plant in well drained, slightly acidic soil. Keep moist  especially in hot, dry weather. Mulch to keep roots cool. Do not allow mulch to touch the trunk. May be lightly trimmed to shape in spring. Feed in spring with a specific camellia fertiliser or a complete organic fertiliser.
