An upright variety of the common ‘English Box’. This buxus has glossy, dark green foliage that is pointed and oblong. It will grow into a narrow, pencil like shrub. It is an excellent hedging or topiary variety and produces insignificant flowers in summer.

Emerald Pillar is a very slow growing and hardy plant.
