A medium sized round apple with crisp, firm, cream coloured flesh and a fine sweet flavour. Heavy cropper. Fruit stores well. Partially self-fertile, produces exceptionally flavoured fruit early in the season. Cross pollinate to ensure food fruit production. Pollinators include: Granny Smith, Jonathan, Red Delicious, Red Fuji, and Pink Lady.

Description

Suits most fertile, well drained soil types in dull sun. Prefers cool to mild climates.  After planting spread mulch above the roots to retain moisture and suppress weeds, but keep away from trunk. Apply fertiliser to soil above the roots as soon as new growth begins in spring and water in well. Protect from strong winds. Consider netting to protect from birds. Correct pruning techniques are essential to the trees fruiting success.
